What is your Windows version?

Assuming you may want the latest production version (4.0), get it here:

Please show us which .NET Framework do you need.

For .NET 4 verison, please download from this page:

http://www.microsoft.com/net/download/earlier-versions

For other .NET editions, please download from this page:
http://www.microsoft.com/net/download/earlier-versions

You will get all versions of .NET Framework from that page.

But if you have had any version embeded on your OS, you need to turn of them from features.
