    I wrote a desktop application in VS Community 2013 and wanted to test out the new graphics debugger. When I click start diagnostics it opens the graphics debugging interface and my program but my program is only a white screen and the debugging windows show no data in them. Clearly the program is not running for some reason. Even stranger, every once in a blue moon I get it to work and there seems to be no pattern to the times that it works. Also, VSStandardCollector.exe crashes almost every other launch of the debugger. I am not sure if this is an issue with my setup or in my program or possible with VS 2013 Community.     If possible, you could test it in your side with the following steps since we couldn’t really repro this issue.

    To make sure that whether it is your project or VS IDE issue.

    Please create a simple app, test it again. If you have other VS2013 machine, test it in a new machine.

    If all projects have the same issue in this machine, and the same project works well in other machine, we could make sure that it is not your project issue. So we could think about the VS IDE.

    To make sure that whether it is the setup issue, maybe you could repair it. Test it again.

    But if a simple app works well in your VS, we would think about your project.
