  • CCF AgentDesktop manages the lifetime of any global applications. It starts them up when the AgentDesktop is started and stops them when the AgentDesktop is shut down.
If you want to shutdown an application, you need to select from either session based, workflow based or Dynamic application (possibly your solution, you can contol the shutdown)

CCF hosts four type of applications

    1. Global Application --> The life time of these applications is the lifetime of CCF AgentDesktop
    2. Session Based --> Started and closed with start and close of a customer session in CCF AgentDesktop.
    3. Workflow based --> Started and closed with start and close of a workflow in CCF AgentDesktop. Workflow dependent applications are always implicitly session dependent
    4. Dynamic application --> Can be started and stopped by the agent any time. These applications are aware of CCF Context and can partake in data transfer, as can all the other types, between applications

The fifth type of CCF application is the Non-Hosted application. This type of application is not under any role/group and cannot participate/interact with other hosted applications using CCF.
