Good SharePoint 2013 book for SharePoint 2010 developers

Fellow Forum Members,

                       I am a professional SharePoint 2010 developer, i would like start learning the new things in SharePoint 2013. I would like to know all the new things that SharePoint 2013 has brought to the users. It would be great if anyone can suggest a book or two to bring me up to speed with SharePoint 2013.

Once you go through these training then you pick which area you want to learn more and buy specific book.

I agree with Amit, go watch the free videos first.  Along that route, Channel 9 has some great content as well: http://channel9.msdn.com/search?term=sharepoint+2013
