Getting following error on MacOS X Safari 9.1.1 and IOS 9.3.2 Safari

It is an Angular 2 RC2 app using Bing Maps V8

Is there a workaround for this error?

Start off by trying the experimental version of V8 as it has a lot of bug fixes in it that might already address this issue. You can do this by adding "&branch=experimental" to the map script URL. If you still see the issue, verify that in the same browser that http://bing.com/maps (make sure it is the new site that is loaded, not the old one, the map should have 100% width on the page. The old site had a white panel on the left side.) The old site still loads in some browsers that are known to have issues.

I have added the "&branch=experimental" parameter but it makes no change. I am getting same error as above.

http://bing.com/maps is displayed equally in all modern browsers. I am not sure what white panel you are thinking of? Could it be "Explore map imagery"?

Any chance this might be a bug?

If you are seeing "Explore Map Imagery", then then you are seeing the old Bing Maps website. There should be a try it now button above the map if its available in your region. You can also try going directly to the new map page here: http://www.bing.com/mapspreview If nothing looks different it likely redirected you back to the old site. If this happens, can you let me know what country you are in.

I am getting: "The new Bing Maps Preview is not yet available in your market."

The VM is in Dublin, Ireland. And another VM in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Odd. The V8 SDK should be available in all countries. If we don't support the local language the map will default to US English. We have an update coming on the backend in the next week which may help correct this issue.
