Sterling VAN not able to process the mdns RRS feed

  • WE are receiving documents from Sterling VAN new mailslot and we are sending back Sync mdn.

    On our server, I see that the mdn is generated saying "processed" and sent back.

    Even our network team confirmed that it is sent to Sterling server ,but they are getting error as "The server returned an invalid or unrecognized response" when they sent the document. 

    We tried sending async mdn to diff url(another mailslot which sterling provided), and it worked.Sterling was able to process it.

    Is there anyone faced this issue ?

  • You can try BizTalk 360, and check the log file, it will give some information why this happens.
