    I have an Infragistics webexplorerbar, I am trying to create an itemClick event where I can click on one item of the menu and have a sequenceID change correspondingly, and pull the corresponding records from the database. I have a porblem get the itemClick to work. Here is my code

    protected void WebExplorerBar1_ItemClick(object sender, Infragistics.Web.UI.NavigationControls.ExplorerBarItemClickEventArgs e)
    if (WebExplorerBar1.ClientEvents.ItemClick.ToString() == "Energy Reports")
     MenuSeqID = 2;
     MenuSeqID = 1;

    but it is not working.

    I have added JavaScript code that assign the value for the HiddenField

     function ItemClickHandler(sender, args) {
            var menuSeqID;
            menuSeqID = args.getExplorerBarItem().get_value();
            if (menuSeqID == null || menuSeqID == "" || menuSeqID <= 1)
            document.getElementById('<%= hidMenuSeqId.ClientID%>').value = menuSeqID;
            //force postback
            __doPostBack('<%= hidMenuSeqId.ClientID%>', '');
