Unable to import Bitbucket Git Repo into Azure Repos

Question

I am trying to import my organizations bitbucket repo into Azure Repos.

I am getting an error message : 

Clone URL is incorrect

Credentials are Incorrect

Clone URL points to an empty repository

I made sure the all of the above are correct. 

Could anybody please help? thanks

You may want to take a look at this doc if you haven't already. Step 3 includes the option of doing this manually as well.
