showing more than 255 character in crystal report

dear sir, i am using microsoft access and vb.net 2003 with crystal report. I have memo datatype field which holds more than 255 character. How to make XML Schemas of Strongly Typed DataSets of memo data field.

or How can i show more than 255 character in crystal report.
