Is SQL Server is in Mixed Authentication mode? SA login is enabled?

Looks like login is disabled.

login to the server with another user account and see if sa is disabled.

my sql server logs in with other two instances on  windows authentication 

but only for this instance named hp-hp\test is not logging with windows and sql server authentication

How did you access hp-hp\test instance before? Have you ever logged in to this instance? Does anyone has access to this instance?

What error do you get when you try to login using windows authentication?

If you are not able to use any logins (both sql and windows) and you dont know anyone who can login then follow the process in the link shared by Dave_gona
