Using Microsoft Word in a Web Browser RRS feed

I'm not sure if this is even possible, but this is what I need to do:

I need to load a Word Document into a web browser that is stored on a server. I would use a query string to load the proper word document.

Someone needs to be able to modify the word document, directly through the browser, and be able to save the changes back to the server.

I also need to be able to create a blank Word Document on the server with template information on the fly.

I imagine the word documents would best be saved as the ID of the record they are tied to.

I've been having trouble finding a solution for this.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Use Microsoft sharepoint and save yourself a lot time!

Seriously though, opening it up directly in a browser I can't see as a trivial task. I have seen that you can now do some of this through hotmail, but it still doesn't have the full power of Word.
