  • Use a forward mailbox and a customized email rule to forward emails to this mailbox. This mailbox should be maintained by the email router

    Hi Carsten,

    Thanks for the reply,

I have used forward mail box with delete mail after processing checked but after that no incoming mail are displayed neither on outlook nor on

CRM. Hope missing to configure customized email rule. Please suggest the steps to configure customized email rule to forward emails to this mailbox.

  • Well, it could be a simple rule which checks the subject line for tracking token "CRM:" and then forward this email to mailbox. A second rule should check if TO contains special email address and then also forward this email to forward in box. The second rule would work for emails which response not as answering the first email. The user creates a new email instead of this but enters your special email address in the TO field.

    This way it should work.
