Microsoft Dynamics GP won't launch

Question

Meant for GP forum, but that's not an option!

Today none of our users have been able to open Microsoft Dynamics GP.  They get the message "Microsoft Dynamics GP has encountered a problem and needs to close."

At first I wondered if it had to do with Microsoft Updates that I ran on one PC on Friday, but ALL PCs are having the same problem.  No updates or changes I'm aware of made to the server...

Any ideas where to start?

Waiting (and waiting and waiting) for response from CustomerSource, so thought I'd check here, also - since we are at a standstill...
