how do I import / use Templates for mailmerge in CRM4?

Frage
-
I see an option under Settings to import Word templates for merging (don't know what it is called in English, I have the duth version installed here). It says I should be abe to upload existing Word templates. Well I have an existing template (say invoice.dot, for creating an invoice) that I used under CRM3 with PTM WordMailMerge that I would like to import here into CRM4 so I can create an invoice directly from CRM (without need of WordMailMerge program anymore). Is this option intended to do that?
To begin with, I can not choose 'invoice' as entity to connect to when creating / uploading an template file (that I converted to .XML)?

Hi R.,
when the Word template is a CRM template, you can do this. But you write, you have use the AddOn from PTM for this templates. I don't know, whether the templates from PTM are the same as the templates from CRM. I think, you have to ask PTM, maybe here:

Hi R.,
there is no option to activate the Word MailMerge button for invoices in CRM. Microsoft says, this is an CRM and not an ERP-system, so you don't have to print invoices from crm.
If you want to print invoices you can use a report or the tool WordMailMerge from PTM to print invoices in CRM.

Thanks.
It looks as if I can upload the template, I can make it active and choose it, e.g. in screen contacts if I chose that (contacts) as the entity to attach it to (while uploading the new template). However I cannnot attach it to the entity 'invoice' since that option is not available from the droplist when uploading the new template (only options available in the droplist are: lead, account, contact, salesopportnity and quote).
Result is that I can choose to use this template from the menu in screen 'contacts' (but that doesnt't make sense) but inthe screen 'invoice' there is no menu option 'merge'.
Can that be changed?
