Calling Javascript in Plugin

Question

Dear all,

    i am working in ms crm 4.0..i have create a plug-in and is it possible to hide the attribute in the plugin code?..Actually i have registered the plugin Message name as "Retrive" so that when i open each and every entity my code should execute..Is it possible to hide the attribute from the plugin code or else is it possible to call javascript in plugin code?

please help me..
