custom Advanced Find view

Question

Hi ,


Iam new to CRM , I want to create a advanced find view that should display contact records that does not have any activities associate with it 

I am working on MS CRM 4.0

Hi,

with advanced find you can't create views that shows contact without activities.

You can use a report to display contacts without activities.

Hi ,

My requirement is to create a advance find view

The filtering condtions are:-

1. I want to filter contact entity records where full name begins with alphabet "a"

2. The next filtering condtion is in those contact records i want to  filter contact records that have E-mail activities that has subject       does  not begins with alphabet "a" 

The adv view is displaying contact records is well

But it does not return the contact records that does not have activities i.e. the contact records that does not have activities is being filtered as soon as i include activities entity in the view

Weather there are any other options to do this apart from SSRS Reports

Hi,

se my previous post, advanced find can't find contacts without activites.

If you don't want to use SSRS reports, you can export the resultpage of advanced find in an dynamic excel tabel and change the query string in excel.
