CRM 2011 Outlook ConfigWizard - Server Kommunikation schlägt fehl

Hallo zusammen,

vorne weg: Was CRM angeht bin ich noch ein Newbie, also bitte nicht direkt erschlagen für vllt. eine 'dumme' Frage ;-)

 

Um CRM zu verstehen, habe ich einen Server installiert:

Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64bit

SQL Server

CRM 2001 Server

Updates alle installiert.

 

Client:

Windows 7 64bit mit Office 2010 64bit

 

Bevor ich jetzt aufzähle, was ich alles getestet habe, hier eine kurze Beschreibung des aktuellen Status':

Auf dem Server ist CRM über den IE mit http://CRMSERVERNAME erreichbar. Wird also angezeigt und ich kann damit arbeiten.

Auf dem Client ist CRM über den IE mit http://CRMSERVERNAME erreichbar. Wird also angezeigt und ich kann damit arbeiten.

Installation für Outlook durchgeführt. Alles roger!

Aufruf des ConfigWizard bringt die Fehlermeldung, dass "Probleme mit der Kommunikation mit dem Server bestehen..."

Verbindung testen schlägt also fehl :-(

 

Da die Fehlermeldung nicht sehr aussagekräftig ist, fehlt mir hier der richtige Ansatz. Zumal eben der Aufruf mit dem IE über den Servernamen funktioniert.

 

Getestet:

- Accounts in der AD

- Sitebinding

- Firewallausnahme auf dem Client

- verschiedene Authentifizierungseinstellungen auf dem Server (Anonym,...)

...habe gestern 6 Stunden dran gesessen, sorry, wenn mir nicht mehr jede geänderte Einstellung einfällt ;-)

 

Wer Fragen hat, immer her damit - und wer eine Lösung hat, ebenso willkommen :-)

Hi Dao,

 

Uhrzeit habe ich gecheckt. Die ist gleich.

Mit dem SPN habe ich gestern auch gesetzt, per Kommandozeile wie der Link auf der Seite angegeben hat.

Zum RC: Denke nicht. Also von der Installationssoftware her nicht. Habe vor der Installation "Updates prüfen" angegeben und da kam die Meldung das keine verfügbar sind bzw. die aktuellste Datei die ist, die ich benutzt habe.

Werde heute Abend nochmal nachschauen.

Hallo Thomas,

ich hatte dieses Problem nur in zusammenhang mit der Uhrzeit bisher bei einigen Kunden. Welches Rollup ist installiert? Windows Update ist nicht gerade zuverlässig.

Die folgenden Links hast du wahrscheinlich schon durch, falls nicht könnten die eventuell behilflich sein.

Wenn das nichts war, schau noch ob das hier hilft:

iis>crm website>doppelklick authentification>windwos authentification>rechts auf advanced>check kernelmodeauthentification und dann auf OK.

sind im CRM Deployment Manager (Bereitstellungsmanager) die richtigen Webadressen eingetragen?

Rechte Maustaste auf Microsoft Dynamics CRM und dann die Eigenschaften öffenen. DOrt in der zweiten Registerkarte nachschauen.

Hallo!

Hat etwas gedauert, bis ich die Links durchgearbeitet hatte....allerdings am Ende mit einem anderen "Erfolg" als zunächst angedacht.

Irgendwo und irgendwie hatte ich dann alles "durcheinander", so dass ich mich entschlossen hatte, die Installation nochmals erneut durchzuführen.

Der Fehler lag aber wohl an dem Bereitstellungsadministrator bzw. an der Eintragung.

 

Nachdem ich jetzt die komplette Installation auf dem Server erneut getätigt habe und diese auch ohne Fhlermeldung durchlief, passiert folgendes, wenn ich zB eine Verbindung hinzufügen möchte:

 

Besten Dank für die Unterstützung bis hierher.

 

Hat jemand eine Idee, woher dieses kommt?

Also für mich sieht es nach einem fehlerhaften JScript aus. Entweder falscher Code oder irgendetwas falsches in der Registrierung des JScript.

War das wirklich eine vollständige saubere Installation oder hast du eine bestehende CRM-Datenbank verwendet, bei der Anpassungen enthalten waren?
