i am working in ms crm 4.0..I cant able to open the default CRM report from Reports(Workplace). i cant able to give the parameters and its disabled(its like "x" symbol in red color like the close button in every parameter) and it is opening in server.I tried in some other user and one of the user its opening. Can anyone tell me, where i am going wrong.All users having System admin rights..
