We have a problem with CRM 4.0.
Whenever we use the exchange client and go offline the system comes up with Syncvhronizing. This completes successfully.
If in offline mode and I go to a case then the get a message in the Accounts column saying Record Unavailable.
How do I get this to work as we have 4 members of staff who add details into CRM??

Hi,
please make sure that you have configured the local data groups. By default, only your records will be synchronized. If you want to synchronize all accounts and contacts (which you are able to see in respect of the security roles), you have to edit the local data groups.- Als Antwort markiert Coltuck Mittwoch, 11. Hi COlin,
which RU you have installed on the server and the clients.
You should use RU7, because it is a major release of the outlook client.

Dear Michael
We are using Roll up 7 on our CRM already.
I have done a test and note that if I change an account and assign to me. When go offline I can see this account and the contacts.
Offline mode seems to be issued by who the account/contact owner is.
Now we have 4 staff that use offline when offsite but need access to the details of all accounts and contacts.
Can this be done??
