CRM reports

Question

Dear all

 i am working in crm 4.0..i tried to make a new report from crm 4.0..i have created some new entities and my report have to take from that customized entities..While i am trying to create a new report and in the Related types, its showing only default CRM entities and not my custom entities..Is it possible to create a new report with in the CRM screen with new entities or i have to go for SSRS..

please help me out..

Thats confusing. I am able to choose from custom entities as well.
Do you have a relationship between your custom entity and (at least) one system entity?

         Is it possible to export the newly created reports in the CRM 4.0..When i am trying to export the Report Entity, i have searched for my newly created Report, but its not there..Can you please tell me, is it possible to take the report or its in some other entites..

Hi Arun,

to export your rport, you have to go to workplace/Reports. Select your report and click the Button "Edit report". When the report is open. select Action/Download report to download your report.
