IE on the Mac, I don´t think there´s a version supported with CRM ;-)
So the only option would be to work with a virtual machine on the mac.

You can additionally use the mobile client which is compatible with Safari.
You can also use the RDP client for MAC OS to access any Windows Server or PC.
