Hi guys,
I need a N:M Relationship between Account and Contact. This is the only possible sturcture I think (trade-specific customization).
Ok, no problem at all. But there is a functionality in MS CRM which will be broken: If I fill the regarding field of an activity with an contact I will be able to see this activity in the context of the related account too.
My thought was that it should be possible to create a new field "related account" in the activity. The user have to fill out this field and then he will get the activity in the related account too. But that is not working.
How I can solve this problem? How the builtIn-functionality is working? Are there other problems which this functionality will causing?
