What security settings must a user have to create and reassign tasks in CRM 4.0?

Question

What security settings must a user's role have to create and reassign tasks in CRM 4.0?  I tried setting all items for Activities (within Core Records) to the Organizational level, but user gets a permission error when they try to assign the task to someone else (while remainging the owner of the task).

Hi Mark,

the user need the rights append and append to for the calender of the other user

that did not seem to do it. I've checked and its actually the Owner field that the user is causing the error.
