Can't see the Service Calendar RRS feed

  • Hi all,

       We are using CRM 4 with Rollup 6, and all of our users belong to the same security role. Lately, some users no longer see the Service Calendar in Outlook (2003) or via IE 8. Some of these users are online access only, and others have both. I've tried running the client diag tool, reconfiguring CRM, restarting the SQL server service on the CRM server, restarting the Async service... nothing seems to work. Anything else I can try, short of uninstall / re-install?
