error creating schedule record

Question

Hi,
I have System Administrator privilege,but I get an error saying "you do not have the required permissions" when I try to create a record of type schedule.
Please help me with this,

Hi,

enable the tracing on the crm server http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907490

There should be some errors. Are you creating the record for yourself, or do you assign it to another user? If yes, check wether he has the appropriate rights.
