How do I 'include the schemas component of the eConnect install'

Question

I am reposting this because somehow the first time it ended up in a Russian language forum.

I am very new to Dynamics GP, trying to get started. Dynamics GP has been installed here and I am now looking for the schemas for .NET development. It seems that they were not installed.

Page http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa973843.aspx# says 'When you include the schemas component of the eConnect install, the installer places schema files in a schemas folder on your computer.'

Where do I find the installer?
What is it's name?
How do I download it?
Is there any way to download the schemas themselves?

The only installer I have been able find out about is eConnectRuntime.exe which I suspect does not include an option for schemas. Is there another installer I need to know about?
