SNTP on WEC2013, how to configure ??

Hi,

have now SNTP running on my WEC2013, but time didn't Change.

Here my Settings:

I an able to ping the sntp Server ntp.inode.at from my Laptop, so I am sure it is working. How can I check the reachability from my WEC 2013 device? Where go error Messages? How can I find out whats happen under the Hood?
