On a custom entity, the Quote lookup only shows draft quotes

Hi,

I am having the following problem with my CRM deployment. I have a custom entity with a lookup to the Quote entity. Unfortunately this lookup only shows quotes whose status is Draft. This is pretty annoying.
I saw over the Internet that this problem was known and fixed in CRM 3.0. But i'm having the same problem in CRM 4.0 (our CRM4.0 was migrated from CRM 3.0). Somehow the problem reappeared.
Is there a workaround or a hotfix for this issue in CRM 4.0?
