Team Foundation Server - free or not?

Hello everyone,

I just want to know if TFS is for free or not. Everywhere I look it is "start for free" but, in the Terms of Use is something written about prices. And that's why I ask you. :)

I have VS 2012 Professional without MSDN Abo.

I am sorry for my bad grammar.

schau Dir mal die Homepage zur Express Edition an:

Team Foundation Server Express 2012 is available at no charge and may be used for commercial, production usage subject to            the license terms provided here.

Vielen Dank. Dann kann ich es ja bedenkenlos nutzen. Ich nutze es ja schließlich nur privat.

Ich dachte das dieses Forum in Englisch ist. Umso mehr freue ich mich über eine deutschsprachige Antwort.
