  • Hi,

    We plan to upgrade from rollup 2 to rollup 11 and have some interrogations.

    - We had CRM 360 but removed, can it still be an issue?

    - We have a lot of CRM development (plug-in, workflow ...), could  we have a risk to lose, drop or corrupt it?

    - We have a 30 GB database, could it be a  time consumer operation?

    - When applying the Rollup 7 for client, it's without rollback. How can we get around this issue if a major server crash append? SQL backup? Front-End files backup?

    - We have some third party who interact with CRM (smartconnect), is it going to work without changing integration?

    - We have custom SSRS report, are they still be working?
