I have a user whose outlook 2003 crashes when synching or going offline. When the sync Window opens, it shows that 24 contacts are being synced from CRM 4.0 to Outllook, and then crashes 30% of the way through. Is there a way to identify WHICH contact is causing this? I have run the CRMDiagTool, but I can't make heads or tails out of what it says.
which Rollup is installed on the client? Does this user have contacts which have a value for the birthday attribute? If yes --> This could help http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948045
