Voice of the Customer not working

Question

Today i can not use VoC any more on different Online Organizations.

Is it a general problem?

What has happened to the Service?

When Publishing i get this error:

 

An error has occurred please report exception ID 'SP0' to Support
Unable to publish survey : An error has occurred please report exception ID 'SP0' to support

Now i wanted to create a Case for this error... doesn't work either...?

Hallo Markus,

gibt es einen Grund warum du in einem Deutschen CRM Forum, in dem du die Fragen bis jetzt immer in Deutsch beantwortet hast, plötzlich eine Englische Frage stellst, die dann auch nichts mit dem CRM zu tun hat?

Hast du eventuell das falsche Forum erwischt?
