I have a user that experience outook freeezing when CRM reminder (synchronized to Outlook) pops up. CRM 4.0 Update Roll Up 4 is installed. The user's NT profile has been recreated, Outlook and even Windows have been reinstalled, but the problem is still happening. Not sure what is causing this. Usually, after about 5 to 10 minutes, the system becomes usable
Thanks Michael, though not the real solution, but it provided a temporary relief. I have opened a case with Microsoft, hoping to get a lasting solution.
