Hi We exporting some account records - it exports with ID number with brackets, then I tried re-importing contacts with this ID number to match it to the account. It seems that the import only works when these brackets are removed, even though they are there on export. so is this true that on 100's of records you have to manually delete the brackets? Is this how microsoft how created it? or is it a partner issue?
do you use the standard excel export functionality. I have exported data several times, the last row is filled with the corresponding guids without brackets.

thanks I thought is wasnt normal for microsoft to create an issue like that. imagine if all businesses had to delete the brackets on each record on re-import. ok its a partner fault. thanks
