Email Router Configuration Issue - CRM 4.0

Frage
-
I am trying to configure the email router for a client but I am coming accross some issues. The Email router configuration manager is installed on the same box as the CRM server. All the users are configured to use the Email Router for incoming and outgoing email (around 80 users). The client has Exchange 2003. I have configured a default INCOMING profile to use a domain account that has Exhange Admin privileages + CRM sysadmin privileges. When I start the email router the mail does flow but the server gets bombarded with warning errors like this:
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: MSCRMEmail
Event Category: None
Event ID: 0
Date: 11/30/2009
Time: 5:19:02 PM
User: N/A
Computer: CRMSERVER
Description:
#35241 - The recipients for the e-mail message with subject "Subject" in mailbox username@address.com did not match any known records.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
When I check the address/es they are correct and they are configured to use the Email Router so not sure how to stop this warning messages from being logged constantly
Also the following errors appear regularly:
Event Type: Error

Event Category: None
Event ID: 0

I have only enabled half of the users but it looks like the system cannot cope, am i missing something on the configuration?

Hi Ana,
thats looks like a misconfiguration with the email address of the user. Check the username and email address. Is that ok, check the dns-resolution in your network.
Wich RU you have installed on the server, email router and the clients?

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your email I have checked the email address and in all cases I am using the default SMTP address specified in AD. Not sure what you mean by dns-resolution. There are no RU applied to any of the components.
Kind Regards

Hi Ana,
please install the latest Rollups for the server and the mail router, because they include fixes for common problems.
You say, you have configured one incoming profile? Is this a forwarding mailbox?
