Error Occured for New User creation on MS CRM 4.0 RRS feed

  • I'm trying to create new user on MS CRM 4.0. I'm getting an error that says

    "An error has occured.
    Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the microsoft dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft support"

    Can you please help me?

    this is the German Forum for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You can post your english Microsoft Dynamics CRM questions here: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/dynamics

    Normally such error message comes from adding an already existing (may be disabled) user.
