Can't publish Workflows

Question

We are piloting CRM 4.0 rollup 7 in WS 2008 R2 and SQL 2008 all in one box.
I do not know what we changed or modified that was not documented but we are now unable to publish any workflows.
Several blog sites blame it on Rollup 2 modifing the web.config.

We have applied the suggested line
<authorizedType Assembly="mscorlib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089" Namespace="System.Globalization" TypeName="CultureInfo" Authorized="True"/>

to the web.config and restarted IIS. But the problem is still there and we have no clue where to look at.

Any help will be gratly appreciated.

Thanks, We had a typo error "Cultre" as suppose to "Culture"

Corrected the typo restarted IIS and works like charm.
