Customize "phone calls made" output RRS feed

  • Frage

  • Hello,

Is there any way to modify the "phone calls created" list output created by the quick campaign? What I Am trying to get do is instead of having the standard output of subject, sender, Receipient, Regarding, Direction, phone numnber, priority, due ..etc. columns I would like to have subject, account, Contact, Jobtitle, contact phone number and phone call description field.

    Is this possibe?

    Thanks
    Kamlesh

  • Hi Kamlesh,

No, sorry. This is not really possible even with the SDK. May be with a little but luck and a little bit dirty in the RetrieveMultiple message in a PlugIn. There you can manipulate the underlying view.
