XAML Preview does not work in VS2014 Update 4

Question

After updating to Update 4 my XAML preview in Visual Studio 2013 Experss does not Display the content of controls anymore. It only Shows the Frame when selecting the controls. Any idea of what could have gone wrong ? Or what can I change ?
