how to setup ssrs in int. sharepoint mode

hi
i'm searching for a documentation for installing (step by step) ssrs in sharepoint integrated mode in a "three server deployment". i've got a sharepoint farm based on moss 2007. a sql server instance based on sql server 2005 and i need a reporting server instance on a dedicated server in sharepoint integration mode. till now, i didn't find any needable documentation which describes the install process nearly step by step. is there anything out there?

so, am i right with the following steps:
1. installing report server with file-only option on the dedicated machine (all the other options include the setup of a database engine which i don't need)
2. install sharepoint wfe components on the same machine and connect to the existing sharepoint farm. my farm consists of three servers (wfe, app, db)
3. start the steps described in your link at "creating the report server database" by using the report service configuration tool
4. follow this description till "how to: configure sharepoint intergration on multiple servers"
5. end
