How do I change the timeout setting for user inactivity with CRM 4.0. RRS feed

    Is the setting that logs a user off the system after a designated amount of inactivity something that is set within Active Directory or within Dynamics CRM 4.0.  If it can be changed withing CRM, where is the setting located?

    Hi Mark,

    the CRM is a web applicatiion with the standard timeout of the iis. You can change this in the configuration of the iis.
