One of my colleagues books his managers diary for him – he wants to be able to book an appointment in Outlook onbehalf of his manager without inviting himself in Outlook
on his own calendar, and then be able to track the appt in CRM calendar.
Basically, he has
access to his managers Outlook diary but he can't book an appt for him and track in CRM as he has to book himself in Outlook too - his manager doesnt want him to have sight of his emails but has given him author control of his outlook.
Can this be done?
