Hi,
I'm having trouble with campaign activities and I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. I read the manual and all, and searched for hours for a clue but failed miserably.
1) A have a marketing list (with members).
2) I have a campaign and I create a new campaign activity (Phone Call). The marketing list is in the "Target Marketing List"
3) I click on the distribute campaign activity button and a form appears
4) I click on the distribute button, I then see a "Created Phone Calls" but it's empty.
What am I doing wrong?
