    Hi,

    We are looking for some licensing information on Dynamic CRM but unfortunatly couldn't find any thing on the web site or in any forum. We want to buy CRM for about 10 user license of on-primises version and would like to know more about followings

    1 - What is CAL and how different it is from the server software licenses? Is there any ongoing cost for CALs and Software it self?

    2 - Do we have to pay extra for downloading and using MS CRM 4.0 for MS Office Outlook?

    3 - Do we need to install MS CRM 4.0 Email Router? We need to integrate our outllok with CRM though. Do we have to pay extra for it?
