BackgroundWorker in .NET CF 3.5

Question

Hi,

in my Smart Devices Projekt with VS 2008 an .NET CF I get the error:

The type or namespace name 'BackgroundWorker' does not exist in the namespace 'System.ComponentModel' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

AFAIK BackgrondWorker is supported in .NET Compact Framework 3.5.

At least thats what the online help says.

I looks like the references are there and linking to the right 3.5 dll files.

What is going wrong here?

stimmt ja, ist auf deutsch ;-)

Ich hatte die Beiträge auch schon glesen.

Ich war nur verwirrt weil ich das so verstanden habe, dass BackgroundWorker ab CF 3.5 unterstützt wird.

Aber anscheinend war da .NET 3.5 gemeint, mit ohne Compact!

Also gehe ich mal davon aus dass es keinen BackgroundWorker gibt.

Ich bitte um Widerspruch falls ich das falsch sehe ;-)

lt. MSDN KEIN BackgroundWorker für das CF!
