Customizing CRM 4.0 Help in multi tenant scenario

Frage
-
We are trying to customize (CRM 4) CRM Help and we have run into a couple of issues. One of the problems is that entity id is not unique from one organization to another. In other words, an entity id of 10001 in our Tax CRM application may be the same number for an entity in our Precinct Education Center application. When that id is referenced in Help, there is no way for it to tell which organization to point to. The second issue is on how to separate the content volume pages of one organization from another. We do not want the Tax CRM Help showing up with Precinct Education Center’s Help. Has this been acknowledged as an issue by any other comapny or organization.. And, Could you give a solutions to this problem for 4.0 multi tenant Help customization?
Thanks.
CE.

Hi Charles, the sdk states (IMHO) nothing about customizing the help per tenant.Have you tried if changing the urls which are pointing to the entities by "etc" to /userdefined/edit.aspx?etn=entityname solves your problem with the type codes?Maybe you get more answers in the English development forum http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/de-DE/crmdevelopment/threads
