CRM form values in Custom aspx page

Question

Dear all,

       im am working in ms crm 4.0.i have created a custom button in custom entity and when i click that button custom aspx page will open.After some data have been entered and when i click ok, i have to capture the attribute values of my custom entity should be capture in custom aspx page.is it possible?.
please help me out
