In our large public sector organization, we want to hold a list of 100+ senior manager users and a separate list of key stakeholders (1000's) so that senior managers can track activities and can schedule meetings, consultations and workshops without conflicting with other senior managers' arrangements. I can demonstrate this funstionality by customising the resource entity to hold stakeholder details but I would rather use Accounts and Contacts or a custom entity to hold stakeholder details. I want to retain the resource entity for its original purpose, mainly for conference and meeting venue bookings. So, on the left hand side, I want to be able to list Users, Accounts, Contacts and Resources and I want to be able to search for anyone (or resource) listed in these entities and find their bookings. Is it possible to do this?
