Self-Sourced and Microsoft-Sourced Accounts are mixed up (Domain Services) RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all

We're having an installation with Azure Active Directory and enabled Domain Services.

Situation: Having two, let’s say almost similar, users in the AAD. One sources from the AAD itself, one from Microsoft

Problem: When using AAD DS, the user and password from AAD is available AD, but at least the E-Mail Address and DisplayName is taken from the other Account (sourced by Microsoft)

Expectation: The AD should contain the AAD sourced user and login with Password set in the AAD works. All other attributes should be taken from exact this user.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

We will need the tenant ID of your Azure AD directory so we can investigate this.
