Azure Virtual Machine Reservation and licence billing

Hi, i can´t get information from documentation if virtual machine licences are included in reservations. So if VM that was assigned to reservation will be billed for virtual machine licences or no because it is included in reservation?

For Windows virtual machines and SQL Database, the reservation discount doesn't apply to the software costs. You can cover the licensing costs with Azure Hybrid Benefit.
